The apartment is next door to a delicious BBQ restaurant, and only a 7 min walk to downtown Tarpon Springs where you'll find multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

It's also a short 8 min walk to the famous Greek town where you can find tons of shopping, natural sponges, and the best Greek restaurants and bakeries in the country.

Within two blocks you'll find a park with pickleball courts, a splash pad, a dog park, and the Pinellas Trail, a 50 mile protected walking and bike trail leading all the way to the St. Pete Pier.

Getting around is easy with convenient access to downtown Tarpon Springs, the historic Sponge Docks, Sunset Beach, Fred Howard Park, and nearby golf courses, all just a short drive away. Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island State Park are within 30–40 minutes by car, while both St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport are easily accessible, approximately 35–50 minutes away depending on traffic.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Please smoke outside.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours 10PM - 8AM, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home's entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations for your safety. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Security: Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Privacy Respected: While we're available to assist you throughout your stay, we respect your privacy and understand that you're here to relax and unwind. Enjoy the penthouse as if it were your own private haven.
