From Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airport, you can drive to the property in approximately 1 hour 30 minutes via I-97 S and MD-4 S. From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), the drive takes about 1 hour 20 minutes via US-301 S or MD-4 S, depending on traffic. If you're arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), expect a drive of approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.

For guests using public transportation, take the MARC or Amtrak train to New Carrollton Station, then connect to a bus or rideshare service to California, Maryland. Since public transit options in Southern Maryland are limited, renting a car or using a rideshare service is highly recommended for the most convenient travel experience and for exploring nearby attractions, restaurants, and the Solomons waterfront during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Please smoke outside.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours 10PM - 8AM, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home's entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations for your safety. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Privacy Respected: While we're available to assist you throughout your stay, we respect your privacy and understand that you're here to relax and unwind. Enjoy the penthouse as if it were your own private haven.
