Welcome to our brand-new construction single-family residence, completed in the summer of 2021. Be among the first to experience the beauty and comfort of our home, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests with 7 individual beds. Spanning 4 floors, this spacious property features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood of Chicago, our home is ideally located between Logan Square and Bucktown.

One thing to note, the blue-line L train runs directly right behind the home. The train passes every 30-minutes roughly and can be noticeable to some guests. Earplugs and sound machines are provided!

Getting around is easy with quick access to CTA trains, buses, and major roadways. Downtown Chicago, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, the Magnificent Mile, and the Art Institute of Chicago are all about a 15–20 minute drive or transit ride away. Wrigley Field and the United Center are also easily accessible, while both O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport can typically be reached within 25–35 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Please smoke outside.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours 10PM - 8AM, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home's entrance for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations for your safety. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
